Bulk scheduling with CSV import

The CSV import feature lets you schedule dozens of posts at once, ideal for monthly content planning.

CSV format

Your CSV file must have the following columns:

Go to Content → Import CSV

Find the Import button in the top-right of the Content page.

Download the template

Click "Download Template" to get a correctly formatted CSV file.

Fill in your posts

Add one row per post. Dates must be in YYYY-MM-DD format. Times in HH:MM (24hr).

Upload and preview

Upload the file. Mavrilo shows a preview of all posts before importing.

Confirm import

Click "Import All" to schedule all posts at once.

Note: Posts with invalid dates, missing platforms, or unsupported media will be skipped. Check the error report after import.
