Creating client workspaces

Agencies use Workspaces to give each client their own isolated environment within Mavrilo.
Best practices for agency workspaces
- Create one Workspace per client — never mix client social accounts in the same workspace
- Use the client's brand name as the workspace name
- Set the brand voice to match each client's communication style
- Connect only the social accounts that belong to that client
Creating a client workspace

Go to Workspaces
Click Workspaces in the sidebar.

Click "New Workspace"
Enter the client name, industry, website, and brand voice.

Connect their social accounts
With the new workspace active, go to Settings → Social Accounts and connect the client's pages.

Invite the client (optional)
If the client wants view access, invite them as a Viewer.
Tip: Use the Workspace Switcher in the sidebar to instantly jump between clients without logging out.
