The AI generates better, on-brand content when it knows your brand personality, tone, and context. You teach it through the Brand Voice settings.
Set up Brand Voice

Go to Settings → Branding or Workspaces
Find the Brand Voice section.

Describe your brand tone
Write 2-3 sentences describing your brand personality. Example: "We're a friendly, approachable fitness brand. We use casual language, motivational messaging, and avoid corporate jargon."

Add an AI context
Include key facts the AI should know: your target audience, products/services, location, common FAQs.

Save and test
Create a new post and use AI generation. The output should reflect your brand voice.
Tips for better AI output
- Be specific about your tone: "professional but warm" is better than "friendly"
- Include do's and don'ts: "Never use exclamation marks more than once per post"
- Add your key selling points and unique value proposition
- Include sample phrases or example captions you like
