Facebook and Instagram post comments are managed separately in the Comments section, not in the Inbox.
Managing comments

Go to Comments in the sidebar
All comments on your connected pages appear here in real time.

Reply to a comment
Click "Reply" on any comment and type your response. Use ✨ AI for a suggested reply.

Like a comment
Click the heart icon to like a comment on Facebook (Instagram like is not supported by the API).

Hide or delete
Use the "..." menu to hide a comment from public view or delete it entirely.
Note: Deleted comments cannot be recovered. Use "Hide" if you're unsure — hidden comments are only invisible to others, not deleted.
