Trigger types and conditions

Mavrilo supports several trigger types and powerful conditions to make automations precise.

Available triggers

• NEW_MESSAGE — A new DM arrives in the inbox
• NEW_COMMENT — A new comment appears on one of your posts
• POST_PUBLISHED — A scheduled post goes live
• NEW_FOLLOWER — Someone follows your page (Facebook)
• KEYWORD_MENTION — Your keyword is mentioned in a comment or DM

Conditions

• Contains keyword — Matches if message text includes specific words
• Platform is — Run only on Facebook or only on Instagram
• Time of day — Run only inside or outside business hours
• Is first message — Triggers only on the very first message in a conversation

Combining conditions

Multiple conditions are combined with AND logic by default — all conditions must match for the automation to run.
